Shipping policy

Given the nature of my full-time job, I ship within 7-14 business days. If you need an item sooner, please let me know and I can expedite shipping. I ship through UPS/USPS. Every item is packaged with care and fully insured.

If the item has arrived damaged, immediately take pictures and videos of the outside of the packaging and of its contents so that I may be able to file a claim on your behalf.
