How will I know the condition of the items?

I provide many pictures to document an item’s condition and give individual condition reports. If you have any more questions, do not hesitate to reach out!

How do I know your pieces are actually antique?

I perform extensive research on every item I bring to the shop. Although I may not be able to detail every piece’s provenance, I only declare an item is antique if it has telltale signs of age and authenticity or if I have been able to reliably find a comparison.

Shipping

Given the nature of my full-time job, I ship within 7-14 business days. If you need an item sooner, please let me know and I can expedite shipping.

I ship through UPS/USPS. Every item is packaged with care and fully insured.

May I arrange for local pickup?

Certainly. For those residing in or near South Florida, arrangements may be made upon request.

Do you accept sourcing requests?

Yes, I do for a 15% finder’s fee.

Returns and Exchanges

Owing to the singular nature of these items and the delicacy of their condition, all sales are final. Please inspect all pictures and read the condition reports before purchasing. As always, if you are interested in more information or pictures, please do not hesitate to reach out.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

If the item has arrived damaged, immediately take pictures and videos of the outside of the packaging and of its contents so that I may be able to file a claim on your behalf. Remember, all items are shipped fully insured.
